You have 14 days to return your item from the date the package is delivered to you.

 

1- How to make a return

  • If you are registered on our site, log in to your profile and go to “MY ORDERS” section: find your order in the list and click “Details,” then scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Make a Return.” Select the item you wish to return, the reason for the return, and click “Return Confirmation.” You will receive an email with instructions
  • If you are not registered on the site, you can proceed on your own by following the instructions below.

2- Prepare the package

  • For the return to be accepted, it is important that the item has not been used
  • The Lorenzetti seal and all the item’s tags must be attached to the item as they were upon receipt; otherwise, we may decline the return.
  • When preparing the package, remember to include all items with their accessories (belts, dust bags, hangers, etc.), bags, and brand boxes that were delivered to you. Do not use the brand boxes found inside the package to return the item.
  • If you try on shoes, remember to do so on a rug to avoid scratching the soles.
  • Be sure to remove any shipping labels previously attached.
  • We do not accept returns of underwear.

3- Send the package

  • Alternatively, we can arrange for a courier to pick up the package. The cost of this service may vary depending on the area and will be deducted from your refund.

To request a pickup, you can send us an email or contact us directly.

4- Refund

  • Once the package has been returned to our warehouse and the item has passed our inspection, we will issue a refund within 14 days.
  • We will then send you an email to confirm that the refund has been processed using the same payment method you used.

Shipping costs paid at the time of order will not be refunded.

Right of Withdrawal

Unless an exception applies, the User may have the right to withdraw from the contract within the period specified below (generally 14 days), for any reason and without justification. The User can find further information on the right of withdrawal in this section.

Who is Entitled to the Right of Withdrawal?

Unless one of the exceptions listed below applies, Users acting as European Consumers are legally entitled to withdraw from contracts concluded online (distance contracts) within the time period specified below for any reason and without needing to provide justification.

Users who do not meet these requirements do not have the rights described in this section.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must clearly communicate their intention to withdraw from the contract and return the goods within 14 days from their receipt.

To this end, the User may use the return procedure available on the website by logging into their personal account and following the instructions provided in the orders section, where available.

Alternatively, the User may contact Customer Service using the contact information provided on the website to receive assistance and the necessary instructions for processing the return.

When Does the Withdrawal Period Expire?

 

In the case of goods, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the User or a third party designated by the User—other than the carrier—takes possession of the goods.

 

In the case of multiple goods ordered together but delivered separately, or a single item composed of multiple lots or pieces delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the User or a third party designated by the User—other than the carrier—takes possession of the last item, lot, or piece.

Effects of Withdrawal

 

The refund will be equal to the total cost of the returned items. Any shipping costs paid by the customer will not be refunded.

The refund will be issued without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the receipt of the goods by our warehouse and subject to inspection of the returned items. Unless otherwise agreed with the User, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction. The User shall not incur any costs as a result of the withdrawal.

… regarding contracts for the purchase of tangible goods

Unless the Controller has offered to collect the goods, the User is required to return them to the Controller or to another person authorised to receive them without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the receipt of the goods.

The deadline is met if the goods are handed over to the courier or another authorized person before the end of the 14-day period stated above. The refund may be withheld until the goods are received or until the User has provided proof of return.

Return shipping costs are borne by the User.

This return policy applies exclusively to online purchases and does not apply to purchases made in physical stores.

Purchases made at physical stores are not eligible for a refund but may be exchanged if the exchange is requested within 15 days from the date of purchase, provided that the item is in perfect condition, with all tags and security seals intact.
